He has extensive experience leveraging global teams in delivering innovation and differentiation across owned, licensed, and private label brand portfolios. His passion for developing talent and driving results with a holistic view of business and end user needs has benefitted corporations like Dorel Juvenile, Bradshaw Home and Target.

Driven by a passion for creativity after an established technical career, he shifted trajectory and went on to receive his MFA Industrial Design SCAD, Creating opportunities for collaborations with Newell Rubbermaid, Fossil and Kids2.
